How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Savingssister Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Topics We Want to Hear About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Savingssister Pest Control
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please understand that Savingssister Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
If your concern is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Washington.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@savingssister.living and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Once that is done, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Happy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
